Registration Fees
The Full Congress registration includes entrance to the complete programme of educational sessions, the exhibition area, Cable Congress Lounge, coffee and lunch breaks and the Cable Congress Party hosted by Telenet on Wednesday the 3 March.

The Two Day Congress registration, applicable on 4 and 5 March includes entrance to the complete programme of educational sessions, the exhibition area, Cable Congress Lounge, and all coffee and lunch breaks.

Early Registration fees apply to all registrations received prior to or on Wednesday, 10 February 2010.
Regular Registration fees apply to registrations received after this date.

Transportation
Transfers will not be arranged.

Terms and Conditions
Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt via email within 3 – 5 business days. For additional information regarding your registration please send an email to info@cablecongress.com.

Liability
In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the Cable Congress 2010 to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the Congress and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All costs referred to are in Euros. All payments must be made in Euros. Payments must be received prior to the congress. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the congress. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked before 19 February 2010. A €100 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received before 19 February 2010. Cancellations received on or after 19 February 2010 will not be refunded. Refunds will be made after the congress in the same manner as the original payment was received.

Hotel Reservation Conditions
The Cable Congress offers discounted bedroom rates in a select number of hotels, located within walking distance of the Square. The organisers strongly advise you to book before 1 February to benefit from special rates and conditions and avoid disappointment. Your credit card will be taken to guarantee your reservation. Please refer to the hotel page for further information on the terms of cancellation and no-shows.

Modification of registration
Please note a handling fee of EUR 50 will be charged for every modification made to your registration after the 19 February 2010. All modifications must be received by the Cable Congress Registration Team in writing.

Payment
Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and Euro/MasterCard are accepted.

Security
For security reasons, all registrants will be issued a badge onsite which is required to be worn at all times during the congress and at any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly forbidden.
