Registration Fees
The Full Congress registration includes entrance to all the educational sessions, the exhibition area and Entertainment Hub, Cable Lounge, coffee and lunch breaks, and the complete Cable Congress social programme (Gala dinner sponsored by ONO on Wednesday night and Congress Party on Thursday night).

The Two Day congress registration on 24-25 April includes entrance to all the educational sessions, the exhibition area and Entertainment Hub, Cable Lounge, coffee and lunch breaks, and the Congress Party.

The prices do not include Spanish VAT (16%).

Group discounts apply if you would like to register three or more people. Please contact the MCI registration team for more information.

Transportation
Transportation will be arranged from the airport and the Congress Hotels to the IFEMA. Please check the Cable Congress web site for updates on this service.

Terms and Conditions
Upon confirmation of your registration, we will send you an invoice via email within 3-5 business days. For additional information regarding your registration, please send an email to info@cablecongress.com.

Liability
In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the Cable Congress to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the congress and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Costs relating to the congress registration are in euros. All payments must be made in euros. Payments must be received prior to the congress. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the congress. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before 14 March 2008. A EUR 75 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by 14 March 2008. Cancellations received on or after 14 March 2008 will not be refunded. Refunds will be made after the congress in the same manner as the original payment was received.

Modification of Registration
Please note: a handling fee of EUR 50 will be charged for every modification made after 14 March 2008. All modifications must be received by the Cable Congress Registration Team in writing.

Payment
Our online registration site is a secure site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and Euro/MasterCard are accepted.

Security
For security reasons, all registrants will be issued a badge onsite which must be worn at all times during the conference and any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly forbidden.

Reservation Policies
Reduced rates are subject to availability. Hotel bookings must be guaranteed by credit card (guests will pay for their accommodation directly upon departure). Reservation requests without such guarantee will not be processed. All room blocks will be released after 07 April 2008. After this date discounted rates cannot be guaranteed. We therefore advise you to book early. If the hotel is fully booked, the organisers reserve the right to book the best alternative accommodation possible. Hotel bookings cannot be processed without an official congress registration.

No cancellations after 07 April 2008 can be accepted. In the case of now shows or cancellations made after 07 April 2008, the hotel will  charge the room rate for the total envisaged period of stay.
