Cable Congress 09, the 55th Annual Congress of Cable Europe (formerly known as ECCA Congress).

Invitation

We are pleased to inform you that Cable Congress 09 will take place from the 18-20 March 2009 in Berlin, Germany.

We have the pleasure to announce that the Call for Papers is now open. We want you to join us and be part of this event giving you the opportunity to share your experience with a high-profile audience.

This is your chance to present your paper and share your expertise with the Cable Congress audience which will give you and your company great exposure.

Take this opportunity to share the spotlight with a wide range of high profile speakers at the event which is recognised as the most important gathering in the cable industry.

Topics

The call for papers is open for the entire conference programme, including plenary sessions (focus on main strategic issues to the cable and media industries) and parallel sessions (focus on marketing, technology and regulation).

Deadline

Please submit all proposals before Wednesday, 1st October 2008.

Steering Committee

Presentation proposals will be reviewed by an international panel lead by Cable Europe in cooperation with CTAM Europe, EuroCableLabs and SCTE.

Please note that only a limited number of papers will be selected, however all papers submitted and not selected will be eligible for a discount on registration fees.

Congress registration

Congress registration for speakers is free of charge. However, travel expenses and accommodation must be settled by the speaker.

Eligibility

  • Proposals must be submitted in English.
  • Proposals must not exceed 200 words.
  • Presentation proposals and papers must be submitted electronically. Please complete the form below.
  • The congress organisers may approach proposal writers to request changes in their proposals to better fit congress needs.
